I’ve been working on it. Or trying to use the platform. I sent 0.0002 btc to use to buy waves so I could put up a small market but apparently the minimum is 0.001 so I tried to send again last night and don’t know what happened. Did another send this morning to buy waves.

This is true, short term. But long term, you’re building value. Right now CP isn’t even valued at the Bitcoin burned, let alone all the development that has taken place. Funny thing is the only exchange we have now is probably holding the price down. I think one day we just rocket to $100. I’ve noticed a tick in interest lately which is nice.

No, they did not. They treated us like a new coin... no real interest in the history or community... just "cool.. cool... cool... ok, so the listing fee is $150K+"

i'll keep working on listings... but, would mark bittrex as a "pay to play" exchange... no interest outside of getting their listing fee... no guarantee they wouldn't pull listing in the future as they have in the past.

Not really... thousands of projects exist now... we are just one of many reaching out for a listing... they don't see us as we see us... to them, we are just another coin asking for a handout.

Just cuz we exist for 7+ years and see ourselves as different/honest/unique project doesnt mean that the exchanges see it that way.... from their perspective, all they care about is money in their pocket.... which means either we pay for a listing, or have daily trading volume that attacts them to list so they can get at the fees.

FTX listing requirements are at least 3 mill a day in volume, min marketcap of $30 mil, and they want $200K-500K worth of XCP for "market making services"

Nope... we should do what we have always done... keep building on CP... keep adding more features... keep improving the DEX and UI experience.... all that an exchange listing brings us is eyes, volume, and price increase.... which is all great, but doesnt really change the fundamentals of CP... so, my plan is to stay the course... keep asking nicely for a listing from exchanges... while building tools and wallets and such to make CP easier to use.... eventually, CP will have its day..... eventually we will either have enough generic volume/users/traffic to warrant a listing... or an investor/bitcoiner will see how undervalued CP is, scoop up some big XCP bags, then pay for an exchange listing...... the price increase of having XCP on an exchange would prolly pretty quickly cover any listing fee...... but, gotta have someone else see the opportunity and put their money on the line.

could talk to the scientists about re-opening the pepe directory again..... i'm supportive of it... but, some of the other scientists are not... so, gonna be a tough sell... but it would get some eyes back on CP... but also lose some of the cool/rareness of the existing "rare pepe" collection.

EVM was fully ported to CP, but we decided against putting the whole platform at risk by running a risky VM on mainnet.... at the time ETH was crashing and the DAO fork was happening..... the EVM was too unstable.
