You can use the unconfirmed UTXO that the address received as change and apply a high fee to that transaction. That'll result in a CPFP transaction and average out the fees of both txs.

Will expire from mempool in about 2 weeks….. or you can just do child-pays-for-parent n send another tx with a high fee… should force the parent tx to confirm in most cases

RPW builds the tx manually I believe... freewallet uses the CP API to build the tx

CP will generally not re-use an unconfirmed utxo in a tx... ie, it wont create a tx with a UTXO that it is trying to spend in another tx

it WILL however create a tx using a pending utxo as input for the new tx

so yeah... if your using a UTXO as INPUT in a pending tx... CP won't create a second TX with that UTXO as INPUT.... it will try to use an OUTPUT from your pending tx as an INPUT to your second tx (Child-pays-for-parent) 🙂
