Interesting, so don’t send yourself funds from a third-party at or above any open dispenser amounts you currently have. It’d be a shame to see a rarepepe or any asset get lost to an exchange.
-
Please, nobody buy the RAREPEPEs from this dispenser, I set it up for someone specific.

If you do, I might get a little bit cross, as I'd have to set up another one 😊 -
There they are, out in the wild 😊

John Villar, A Bitcoin & Counterparty Legend
I woke up this morning and as usual, first thing I do is grab my phone and check crypto prices and all the different Counterparty telegram chats. Counterparty has been hot lately, there has been a lot of renewed interest in the greatest crypto project ever to exist. I'm highly biased though. Bringing most this renewed attention to Counterparty is RarePepe, the first ever community generated collection of NFTs. Not just any NFTs, the most secure NFTs in the world, they live inside Bitcoin itself.
-
-
-
I'm very sorry to hear this ☹
-
Wow
-
How did that happen seemed so upbeat
-
-
Oh man that's sad

RIP John ...

Hi, i'm Javier Varona Zavatti, Johnny (chiguireitor) was my brother and also my colleague, and also a really good friend. Definitively, he was the social one, I've always been here but never wrote anything (he told me to do it so many times). This are indeed difficult times, I'm writing this with so many tears. For me he was a genius, when we were like 8 years old we begin our dream to develop our own video game, rarepepe became our greatest challenge, since we started we have had so many stumbles, the latter being the worst of all. I'm still commited to finish the development, i really want to thank you all for the support, even when I have had this guy by my side almost all days I never thought so many people will send so many message. Our family is ok but our hearts are deeply broken, thanks for making even more proud of my brother

Hi folks, it looks like there is going to be a Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash subnet with the Bitcoin VM on Avalanche offering all the same functionality except for high performance, sub second finality and cheap fees.
I’m not sure what will be required to ensure Counterparty works, but there will be an initial subnet offering airdropping the entire UTXO set of BTC and BCH onto the new subnets on Avalanche. -
-
So, so sorry for your loss. He was always such a gentleman to me.
Hopefully the RAREPEPEPARTY can continue in his honour. -
Damn. Very sorry to hear. He was a one of a kind badass and almost always was helping out when questions were asked on here. Never really knew too much about him besides that. Condolences

You all have been asking for exchange listings for a LONG time... here is the first one. Please go to the exchange and do a bit of trading to ensure that we keep this listing and so we can start getting our daily trading volume numbers up. 🙂
-
This exchange allows US based IP addresses, and anyone can signup for an account, but they do not do business with US based customers who do KYC. If your in the US, beware of the KYC option here.

that's great news
-
thanks for the update
-
-
I'm not in the US, but will they still ask KYC to withdraw? Anyone tested anonymously yet?
-
I have been working with the exchanges the past few weeks on these listings.... and have verified that customer deposits are working, and that customers are able to withdraw from the exchange fine.... but please let me know if you have any issues.
-
Just wondering if they will ask for KYC before withdrawal, or if you can keep it low and no one will fuck with you, or whatever the policy is
-
The customers I had test withdraws did not do KYC
-
nice. Good job on the listing!
-
Awesome J 👏
-
For non kyc user what max withdraw?
-
I do not have an answer for that, as it is not listed on the site. The exchange operators have only said that they do not do business with US based customers who do KYC, and that KYC is not required for withdrawls.... I would keep any withdraws down in the 1-2 BTC range to avoid any KYC triggers, as I am unsure what the trigger amount is
-
The next exchange listing blocks US based customer IP addresses, but allows 2 BTC/day anon withdrawls... I do know that about the next exchange listing that will be announced in the next few days

-
Reading some bad reviews on this exchange at this random site lol but still, it does give me pause
-
argh, can't link to stuff
-
well, the reviews on TrustPilotDotCom for this exchange aren't good
-
I read the reviews. I take most of them with a grain of salt, people complaining about $13 withdraw fees. Not saying you should trust any centralized exchange with your money, but that is the risk you take when using a centralized exchange.
-
it was more the extremely low withdrawal rates and locking up funds that was concerning
-
but i agree, if it's just high fees, so be it
-
high fees is currently normal
-
Yes, I am. But before I would like to clarify the details. 🙂
-
-
-
-
You shill and people get in😁
-
-
As I did it always
-
-
different sites have different required confirmations
-
also, on the old tuxexchange they actually had to rend it once again internally
-
did you send it with a memo? Please create a support ticket to ask about your deposit, and include your tx hash. I can confirm that other users are able to deposit funds fine as well as withdraw.
-
Also... worth noting that freewallet.io does not seem to be working with memo sends (send is prevented).... just noticed this issue a couple days ago when tryin gto send with a memo.... so if your sending funds with a memo, please use counterwallet.io.... I will work on a new freewallet release today which fixes this send issue.
-
I sent some Bitcoin to dex trade, it worked totally fine
-
They KYC you on withdrawal?
-
I do not have an answer for that, as it is not listed on the site. The exchange operators have only said that they do not do business with US based customers who do KYC, and that KYC is not required for withdrawls.... I would keep any withdraws down in the 1-2 BTC range to avoid any KYC triggers, as I am unsure what the trigger amount is
-
haven't tried withdrawing yet
-
Hey guys, I'm back from 2016, Counterparty is still alive?

If there some kind of EVM XCP has imported btw?
-
-
Proof-of-concept VM Development
So i’ve recently started to develop a minimal pure python Virtual Machine tailored specifically for counterparty. I’m starting this thread to keep note of development and design decisions, and also to get input from the community regarding what should the VM do. FAQ Why not use EVM? EVM was designed with ethereum blocktimes and specifics in mind. CP has already a lot of groundwork regarding tokens, bets and a lot of useful functions that don’t need to be recoded in a smart contract. Isn’t...
-
EVM was shelved in 2015/2016 as it was too unstable (DAO hack and ETH classic fork were happening at time)... was clear ETH’s strategy is very different from CPs hardcoded features and it was not worth risking the stability of the CP stack on a risky EVM
-
Understandable
-
Yes, see above link... he had plans to do a non-turing complete VM
-
Anyone have a recommendation on a low custom fee for issuing an asset? Also, I know this gets asked in here a lot but what is the best way to associate an image with a token?
-
freeport.io is probably the simplest way to issue an NFT with an image associated with it.... just point and click and upload and out pops and NFT
-
You can also use any XCP wallet and just set the asset description to 'imgur/IMAGENAME.jpg;ARTWORK_TITLE_HERE`
-
where IMAGENAME.jpg is the name of the image on imgur.. and ARTWORK_TITLE_HERE is the name of the piece
-
-
There is an example of the token description pointing to the artwork image
-
Thank you j-dog! I will try it. Any suggestion on fees?
-
nope. fees are an ever-moving dart-board... I tend to send most of my txs with 1000 satoshis... but, they can take a while to process (sometimes weeks)
-
best advice is, if you need it to get confirmed fast, pay a high fee... if you don't pay a high fee and are annoyed your tx isn't confirming fast.... remember this next time.. paying the higher fee is worth the piece of mind 🙂
-
Do people generally use a separate Freeport wallet in the browser or just log in to an existing wallet via the browser?
-
you can use counterwallet.io (old and doesn't support most current features, but still works)... or freewallet.io desktop wallet (support all CPs current features like dispenser, DEX, sweep, Destroys, etc).... freeport.io wallet is the wallet which was designed specifically with the NFT market in mind... it is by far the simplest wallet to use for noobs to create an NFT... makes it *almost* dummy proof 🙂
-
You can find a list of wallets at https://counterparty.io/wallets/ ... some are outdated
-
That’s funny because I have used FreeWallet and counterwallet but I have no idea how to use Freeport
-
I’m sure I can figure it out
-
FreeWallet is giving me an insufficient Btc error.. someone else encountered this recently I believe
-
Can’t log into counterwallet
-
-
Maybe try switching the server settings in Freewallet. That might work for you.
-
I was just thinking I wish I had screen shotted that convo.. thank you!
-
I couldn’t even get a deposit address, could not see any options for XCP deposits

I click deposit, I see a deposit address with memo... have been able to deposit XCP and BTC fine

Dunno why your having issues
-
-
Trading is just getting started, so might take a few days for things to start churning... also, once the other listing hits i'll work on getting CMC and coingecko updated with these new exchange listings and pairs.... should start showing the daily volume from these exchanges on the sites, and make it easier to navigate directly to the XCP/BTC markets
-
Not sure, I was on my phone when I tried last night... will try on computer tonight.
-
Sounds good. Please DM me if you have any issues and i'll get it sorted 🙂
-
Great thanks @jdogresorg
-
Can cost to create asset be lowered if the price of XCP were to ever increase significantly?
-
Any way of doing it without relying on imgur? Any decentralized options?
-
Not currently....tho I believe Joe was going to be adding IPFS support to freeport.io.... at which point, i'll add support for IPFS stuff to xchain.io just like I did for imgur 🙂
-
Ideally, someone should write up a CIP and define a bunch of these standard image formats... imgur/IMAGENAME... ipfs/FILEHASH ... etc
-
-
Not sure about ideal, but definitely popping up more and more as a solution to things
-
-
yeah i sent them from freewallet and i'm pretty sure i entered the memo but maybe i didn't. i contacted the support and they said the financial dep will look at it. thanks
-
I think cost for asset shouldn't be lowered, but sub assets cost might be expensive in a way 🤔
-
Sub assets should be expensive. They also take up space on chain.
-
Much more than numerical ones?
-
I imagine probably similar. I don't really know for sure. That's more of a jdog question.
-
-
And numericals doesn't have a Xcp cost
-
-
Right. Subassets are technically numerical, but they are somehow associated to the main asset.
-
Yes, but .5 make sense as you reserve a "domain name" for your tokens/NFTs. It could even be more expensive
-
-
-
-
Yes but your analogy breaks down because you're not JUST reserving a name. You are reserving space in the1 blockchain forever.
-
FreeWallet
Happy to announce the release of version 0.9.13 of FreeWallet Desktop wallet for Windows, Macintosh, and Linux. This update fixes an issue with memo sends, and starts using https://t.co/JHJCSiv13K for API requests. #Bitcoin #Counterparty #XCP #Freewallet https://t.co/5tNiKsKyZF
-
Yep, but I pay BTC fees for that
-
If your going to use one of the new exchanges to send XCP, it will require a memo to deposit XCP... so you will need to use this latest version of FreeWallet Desktop, or counterwallet.io
-
If that's enough, why even do you need xcp at all?
-
Imo, for the assets (not subassets)
-
-
-
Numerics, Named, and Subassets all put the same amount of data in the DB.... numerics were included as a way for people to issue assets using only a BTC fee.... it was to be able to be on par with colored coins or omni and not required a native token... forget exactly which one... Named assets and subassets are premium assets and require an anti-spam XCP fee, otherwise we would have people just spamming named asset registrations for BTC tx fees... with an XCP anti-spam fee on subassets, we prevents asset registration spamming by named asset owners.
-
Personally, I was never a fan of numerics... but, found a way to make them useful with subassets 🙂
-
subassets are really just numeric assets tied to a named asset... with a piece of text for the name... ASSET.WHATEVER.YOU_want.name
-
I think numeric is cool to introduce XCP NFTs to new people
-
-
-
-
-
You thinking of freeport.io I think
-
-
This will give you a good picture of what the memepool currently is. Lately, I've been trying to sneak in 6 or 7 sat per byte transactions, but they've been drowning.

Hi guys, I am in kind of a sudden need for 1.2k USD and I've just remembered that I did set a dispenser here a while ago.
81f27b18a20f344587d86a6eb39bb7c398aceb7e856ea884d4e6c11bc66f1549
It amounts to some ~500ish USD and I imagine the price is slightly above the market. If sb would be so kind to finish buying it (42 of 60 XCP left), it would be very helpful to me. Have a pleasant day. -
you could also close the dispenser and sell on dex-trade.com
-
Yahoo finance is already tracking XCP. I hope they track from this dex too!
-
👍
-
imgur has better uptime
-
-
gib - nft shit | OpenSea
self explanatory . . . idiot
-
-
I was able to issue an asset on FreeWallet today. Tried with 1000 sats and got a general error message. Increased it to 2000 sats and it worked. Now we’ll see how long it takes
-
This is after the newest update
-
-
-
Lmao
-
IPFS makes sense because if you store the hash in the Counterparty database on asset creation, you have both a unique address for the associated creative work AND the owner of that work can easily prove that it is the original. Two birds, one hash.
-
yea, id like to add ipfs as an option in freeport
-
Of course we can't fit those hashes, but that's another story.
-
I'd like to see another field added just to store a hash. It could be done by increasing the size of the description field, and I guess would impact the codebase less, but if another field were added then we still get to add descriptions.
-
i used broadcasts for exactly that purpose
-
clever :D

Also submitted the new exchange listings to coinmarketcap.com, coingecko.com, and coinpaprika.com ..... Should hopefully get updated in the new few days with the new XCP/BTC and XCP/USDT pairs listed and displaying daily volumes, etc
-
-
-
dex-trade.com does business with US based customers as long as you don't do KYC
-
vindax.com blocks US based IP addresses, but allows IPs from other countries, and has a 2 BTC per day withdraw limit for unverified accounts
-
VinDax.com also requires that any withdraw fee be paid in BTC... a bit funky, and hopefully they will change in the future to charge a withdraw fee in XCP... but for now, need to deposit a bit of BTC on vindax to cover any withdraw fees
-
interesting apporach. i like it
this way the fee can be current with mempool standards, and not affect buying qty -
-
-
FYI... Coinmarketcap already said nope to the exchange listing updates... they want more consistent daily trading volume..... cmon people... lets show them some consistent trading volume.... Move some coins over to these exchanges and do some buying/selling.
-
Fine for now without much volume, but need to see it pickup in the next few days
-
I’ll work on creating some markets in next couple days
-
-
Your the second person to complain about multisends not working today... i'll dig into it after I get some lunch... crazy busy day

i tried several different server settings, a few different wallets, and multiple destinations. even updated to the newest newest version to be sure. sorry if it sounds like im complaining. glad you will be able to look at it soon. thanks lmk if you need anything/deets

If you could be so kind as to create a github issue and include as many details as possible... I'll get to a fix shortly

Desktop wallet for Win/Mac/Linux which supports Bitcoin and Counterparty - Issues · jdogresorg/freewallet-desktop
- 12 March 2021 (59 messages)
-
Found the core issue... so MPMA sends are actually 2 transactions, 1 pre-tx which sets up for the second transaction where all the data is actually written..... what is happening is that the wallet generates the first TX fine and signs/broadcasts it... and then it immediately tries to generate the second transaction, passing in the tx_hash from the first pre-tx.... Since we are doing this so fast and the mempool is busy, the second transaction is failing on the API call because it can't find the first referenced transaction and throws ''No such mempool or blockchain transaction' effectively killing the MPMA send....... I have added a fix which is some code to detect the error and to retry generating the second MPMA transaction after a 2 second delay.... the wallet will retry up to 5 times.... in my testing on testnet, this seems to solve the issue.
-
Will put out an updated freewallet release in a bit... doing some additional testing of stuff
-
ah could explain why Bitcoin wont send either from the wallet, even though the funds are there
-
This issue only exists on MPMA sends, not single sends.
-
ok

is there an article where I can read how dispensers work (from a technical point of view).
I sent BTC to get the VILLAR asset. When my tx got confirmed, I saw that I instantly received the asset. I was wondering how exactly this works. I was expecting that when the dispenser receives my BTC, it initiates a new transaction to the blockchain, to send the asset to my addy. (from the dispenser addy to my addy).
How is it possible that the dispenser used the exact same transaction (Transaction Hash) to send the asset to my addy, as the one that I used to send the BTC to the dispenser?
In order for the asset to change wallet address (from the dispenser to my address) should there be a separate transaction to the blockchain, that "validates" this movement? I am kinda confused here...
https://www.xchain.io/tx/d569646728ea6a85092bd0ef7f29246788b67ab8328d189d3298a1c56b45978c -
No need for another tx, just like when you match an order on the dex
-
It’s an ingenious design. Literally can leave a dispenser open for infinity and only pay setup fee.
-
-
Cool, didn’t know that was possible. Why did they put a block limit?
-
to be frank, what we call theDEX is more like a decentralized marketplace to help curb the difficulty in coincidence of wants. In a marketplace it would be a good idea to have offers that are available until expiring. However, when emulating an exchange, orders should expire in order to keep the walls moving appropriately
-
But the wall would only need to move for BTC sells? The other orders automatically match?
-
by walls i mean the order books. each order should expire after a certain while, like a dune moving across the earth. it still has a peak. there are a buy and sell peaks, and in the valley is where the "market value" is found.
side note as far as btc:
I have found that because the btc is not escrowed on the system, it is possible to put out multiple orders using the same btc ballance. this can create fake walls and make it appear that there are many outstanding buy orders for a btc pair, when there are not.
this would be another reason that we are not really using an exchange by convention, but more like a trading post with standardized tradepairs and btc as non-binding offers.
looking at a decentralized exchange like bitshares and all the very robust tools included gives me perspective on how far our system is from being like a conventional exchange
sure it is a matter of semantics, but i believe using the right words is important. Newcomers may get a better idea of our tech if it is called a decentralized marketplace. -
Thanks nice explanation. TY. I’m sure I’ll call you a troll again in the near future 😂

I just downloaded the new version of freewallet and I'm still having issues broadcasting a transaction. Not multisig. Just a normal DEX transaction.
-
FYI... I believe that public.coindaddy.io and api.counterparty.io should be much more stable now.... most of the BTC balance and speed issues have been related to addrindexrs being slow and returning inconsistent results... I suspected due to some corrupted addrindexrs data..... Last night I did a full addrindexrs rebuild on the servers which were having issues, including public.coindaddy.io and api.counterparty.io servers..... Things seem to be running much smoother after the rebuilds.
-
You trying with a decent fee?
-
define decent.....
-
I'll up my fee and try again
-
OK, tried again with a fee that's higher than what I'd normally use and it says "Error while trying to broadcast order transaction".
-
so... wallet has no problem generating transaction via Counterparty API and no problem signing the generated transaction... but only a problem broadcasting your transaction.... something that we try to do through multiple sites (xchain, chain.so, etc)
-
weird. i had a transaction go through just fine this morning.
-
i'll reboot my computer
-
Sounds like it is an issue that is specific to you and your transactions... perhaps you paid a cheap fee on a previous tx... and your current tx is trying to reference that utxo, and the transaction is building and signing fine, but when trying to broadcast it is erroring out because the utxos transaction is not known to the nodes... cuz it is not mined, and paid a low fee.... gues a guess
-
that usually solves everything

the windows solution 😛

thanks for your help

Do you live in Miami? What’s the Blockchain Center Miami?

I live very close to Miami, and am in Miami a lot. Including right now.

Interesting. I live in Naples, but have been thinking of moving to Miami for the tech/crypto scene. I want to make a RarePepe / Crypto art gallery.

What's happening with Counterparty? Are there any plans to bridge across to ERC-721?

Hi @jdogresorg I don’t seem to be able to download the Freewallet for Windows from the freewallet.io site...? Am I doing something wrong? Thanks

Release v0.9.14 · jdogresorg/freewallet-desktop
Fixes issue with MPMA sends not working properly at times
-
freewallet.io website just links to latest release on github... download correct version for windows... prolly FreeWallet.win64.exe 🙂
-
will be putting out yet another freewallet update later tonight..... this time adding the option to specify a minimum fee.... to fix some issues ew are having with MPMA and hardcoded 1000 satoshi fees having a problem being related to some nodes
-
-
-
-
🙂
-
Great thanks
-
@jdogresorg sorry for my ignorance - but if I am sweeping a wallet with up to 45 assets, does the mining fee have to be much higher than if I were simply sending 1 asset to someone else?
-
The sweep transaction is a rather small tranasction which just tells counterparty "move everything"... so the transaction does not need to be large and include all the assets that are moving.... TLDR, one tx fee... but you prolly do want to pay a higher fee to get it processed faster.
-
here is an example transaction... 421 assets moved, 16 issuances... total tx fee 0.0001 https://xchain.io/tx/1528174
-
sweep does require 0.5 XCP to be in your wallet FYI
-
also... make sure your using sweep in freewallet.io... not counterwallet.io... the counterwallet.io one is the old way to sweep one by one and will 99.9% fail
-
use the freewallet.io sweep
-
-
Awesome - thanks @jdogresorg - really cool feature btw ✊
-
These new sweeps were yet another John Villar innovation

oh noes, is this the Vinny top for XCP?

xd

Maybe, it did seem pretty quick after I posted it. He does have a wallet of Rares from 2016 I think he said.

Pretty amazing to move all those assets like that for cheap in one TX.

Everyone in crypto is coming to Miami.

idk but he was trying to "prevent the bubble" from $800 to $20,000

@cryptomanran I tried to prevent the bubble 😂

don't know if he was takin it humorously at that point but was trying to "prevent it" for months xd

And it's only the beginning

Iam still down
-
what is a reasonable fee these days to use freewallet? i keep getting "error while trying to broadcast order transaction"
-
is this error even a low fee error? the suggested fee for low priority at $14 can't be right, is it?
-
need to change the server settings when you get that I think.
If you scroll up here, J-Dog listed the "healthcoin" and the "api.counterparty.io" details -
the api.counterparty.io is the default one on 0.9.14 though?
-
and healthcoin also gives error
-
what's your config?
-
not sure what that is. i'm not a computer wiz

just a normal user

I suppose it's time for me to upgrade
-
Sweet, can we get this foundation up and going
-

I've been out of the loop as I've been dealing with family issues. Not sure what's up
-
IP config? That’s the only config I’ve ever heard about
-
Of the wallet?
-
Not sure. You asked me what config I was using and I don’t know what a config is

Look above, thinking server settings
-
Yeah, that’s the default for the most recent freewallet and I tried healthcoin as host as well

Sorry to hear that man.

Anyone with some time on their hands and wikipedia experience should start fighting the good fight for CP and update the NFT page with CP/SOG/Pepe info.... Specifically the "History" section.... No mention of Spells of Genesis, or Rare Pepe at all on the NFT wikipedia page.... https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Non-fungible_tokenNon-fungible token
special type of cryptographic token which represents something unique

need to provide external news sources when writing information on there, as they are zealous and delete stuff all the time (I know did it to me)

Rare Pepe Wallet & The Birth of CryptoArt — Artnome
Rare Pepe Wallet is a tool created by developer Joe Looney that makes it possible to buy, sell, trade, edition, gift, and destroy digital artworks. At least one company, Spells of Genesis, explored the creation of digital trading cards tied to the blockchain before the invention of Rare Pepe Wallet.

This should help

Was reading the history the other day on Wiki. Was laughing inside.

how much is a TRUMPRARE worth ?

Nothing... he was evicted
-
-
last XCP trade price 2 years ago puts the price of the card at about $24
-
-
-
If people want to see evidence on time lines of first card issues you can still find the original announcement threads on bitcointalk.org for Spells of Genesis including card announcements I think
-
Also let's not forget Age of Chains which so far has not actually come out with the game yet but they did issue some very nice collectible artwork cards on Counterparty also announced on bitcointalk.org
-
thought that as well
-
Much more reasonably priced:

-
I respect that pricing. It's not my style, but there is movement on Opensea for XCP actual rares. The next few auctions coming up may send us to the normie markets.
-
-
ahh... missed it was series one... yeah, its worth something.. not sure that is a good price tho.. that is what someone is asking, no bids yet... also series 1 card 1 RAREPEPE just sold for $9k... so $20K for it seems a bit overpriced... but, not insane
-
-
-
-
Opensea is such a huge marketplace now, the # of eyeballs is orders of magnitude bigger than the XCP Dex, which was a ghost town for 3 years, until recently.
-
-
That card could skyrocket. It's already pumped big time in the last few weeks. Only 300, and when you look at the asset on Xchain, something like 100 holders.
-
-
-
-
👊
-
I'm with you. The fees & complexity associated with the XCP dex are enough to scare off most of the money, and if a rich crypto person drops in to try and bid, they need to first trade for XCP or PEPECASH. The bar is too high, XCP is so hard to acquire, either by the 2x small exchanges or via dispensers. Even if you make a GOXPEPE dispenser the whales won't understand how to look for it unless they do a week in this chat.
-
[FYI I have tons of bids & asks on the Dex right now, and that's how I've bought all my PEPEs, both in 2017 & this year]
-
I really like the DEX and the need for XCP to use the DEX is the perfect storm for XCP to 🚀
-
fees are no better on eth but rather worse and eth is far from a straight forward protocol to wrap your head around. Meanwhile it is super easy to issue an asset on Counterparty and put up a sales order on RarePepewallet or put up a dispenser for BTC no need to buy XCP or pepecash if you think that's an obstacle
-
dex is hard even for folks who have been collecting CP cards for years
-
You can post orders for RarePepe on the DEX via rarepepewallet.com it is not hard at all. Same goes for Book of Orbs for SoG cards
-
Removing order expiration would help... or at least extending orders to 1 year.... having to reset orders every 3 months gets old
-
Ha how is the dex hard 😆
-
Think this would be awesome.
-
I really am on your side. I use the XCP dex daily. I have all the advantages - I'm 2011 BTC, willing to burn up some fees to play, used XCP daily in 2017, hell, I made a series 27 card! But even with all the advantages it took me a week to get familiar with Freewallet, keeping a healthcoin wallet open to better see my open orders, and use a bunch of connections to get some OTC XCP and hit all the dispensers I saw, reading up to check for unconfirmed TX's so I don't lose my bitcoin. Took me a week. That means that damn near every normie will give up on it. But that's part of the allure of the rare pepe - it's so fucking hard to acquire! And that's why I'll wrap them up for normies on Opensea - to do the hard work and charge them for it, or at least see if there is a market for that type of crypto shenanigans. Note I'm also trading on the DEX & have a DANKPEPE listed for the upcoming auction. Also thinking about doing a full set Cards 1-5 for an upcoming telegram auction and/or opensea (have 2x sets)
-
i agree, the fact that they're hard to get makes the discerning collector want them more
-
i think rarepepewallet strikes a good balance
