not now... use freewallet.io desktop wallet... import private key to address.. then use the sweep functionality in freewallet.io desktop wallet

the desktop wallet also has ability to sign raw transactions if that is the route you want to go... but just using sweep functionality in the wallet is prolly gonna work fine for you

check the "sends" and "debits" tabs... you acn see XCP and PEPECASH flowing out of their wallets, so they are processing withdraws... but can't speak to why yours isn't processed... only they can... so gotta use their support system

you will lose nothing, it will reappear again... and prolly not seeing it because you didn't pay high enough fee to get it processed quickly and it is still in mempool

I open the ticket with support thr the same day. I send the txid, a video explaining everything... nothing. They answered that they fix that issue in 12 hours... that was 36 hours ago..

My ticket is 5 days old now:) and no concrete process...every single support agent I talked to say that it will be solved a.s.a.p as I did what they asked for but no solutions yet
