If, when changing description to the coindaddy json file, your image drops (as a couple of mine did once desc was changed) this is the fix

the CP API servers are paid for and hosted by 3rd party companies, so the API would stay up.... the xchain servers would eventually go away if I died, which means freewallet would stop working as well.... I'm 100% supportive of people writing alternative wallets and block explorers

as far as CP code... I dont actually code on CP/python... Javier does most of the work, and I just help him debug and do testing and apply the fixes, etc.... so, in that case, even if I went away, Javier would still be around to help.... tho I don't plan on going anywhere

CP is in a good spot... got some funds for bugfixes, got some funds for server hosting and general fund... but yeah, we need more developers, wallets, and block explorers.... hoping the improvements we make this year will draw much more attention to CP and get more people involved..... I get about 1 person every couple weeks reaching out saying they are excited about CP and building stuff on it, so its slowly building momentum.

But if i decode the tx correctly someone tried to issue GLDCDNLEAFTNTH.
This a very old Digital Tangible token. The name is 14 char. I think at some early update the max length was reduced to 12. At the protocol level the name is actually a very large integer. My gut feeling is an integer overflow somewhere.
Just my speculation though, could be something very different. -

hoping on a plane to vegas in a few... so might be another few hours before things are back up again, but we got one server re-parsing past the issue using the fix, so just throwing together a PR to test on all the other servers and bring them back up

starting CP up can take a while at times due to a "connecting to database..." issue which can take a few minutes, or a few hours depending on when the last time the server was restarted.... since most of the servers have been running for months, its taking a while to start up

Not sure if this would have helped you solve it faster, but i work on a tx decoder. It takes a btc tx and extracts all counterparty data. That's how i knew someone tried to reissue an old 14 letter name (which now collides with the numeric name space) -

I always add an extra satoshi to the price of the asset, so it goes through.

Best to use dispenser to buy xcp with btc instead of 'Exchange' in freewallet. For xcp/btc exchange, you will need to use freewallet-desktop and enable auto-BTCpay and keep the wallet open and listening for matches and pay for the order match within 20 blocks or the order match expires. (Source : JDog)

Why is the message I send to the group deleted? -
Something happened to my Sog cards last night. I put some cards in the freewallet for sale (by creating dispenser).
Last night, all those dispensers were closed in freeWallet, but the total amount deposited in my wallet is one-fifth of the amount I put into selling all my cards. -
It looks like someone bought just one of my cards, but all the cards I had a dispenser in freewallet also transferred to his account. Why should such a terrible thing happen in freewallet?

Did you put the same price (or less than the one bought) for all cards? -
I sold 11 different cards at different prices and at different times by creating a dispenser in Freewallet.

For example if u list 5 dif cards for 0.001 btc each and one card for 0.0005 btc, and someone sends 0.001 btc to that address they would get all 6 cards...

If you listed 1 asset for 0.001 btc each and Escrowed 5 of them.. they would only get 1 of the cards if they sent 0.001 btc.

Many listed for 0.45 btc.. if u was to send 0.45 btc you would get all the assets that price and below.. (it would clear out all the dispensers on that address) -
There is also assets listed for lower I.e 0.1btc .. if u sent that.. you would get all assets that price and lower... but not the 0.45 btc ones etc.

Probably not.. unless u found the buyer and they wanted to return them for whatever reason.

Dispensers give u a warning about listing multiple dispensers for that reason.

So unlucky mate, next time if you wish to sell multiple assets separately you should create multiple addresses and set up dispensers on them individually.

Nope.. it's just how the dispensers work... so one can make "deals" of multiple assets.

You could of set it up differently. So the first asset is its real price, second asset you add is its price and a portion of the other assets price... (so if they bought the most expensive one they'd get both assets) and so on..

if things showed up correctly, then the platform is working fine... the problem is there is only one block explorer and one set of APIs for that block explorer and freewallet runs on those APIs... so basically everyone constantly beating on xchain causes it to slow down.... already on 5 different servers.... we need more devs to come in and write other wallets.... but, to say they are lots of bugs with the wallet or in counterparty is inaccurate.
