You gave a transaction hash which points to your dispenser.... but no reference to the supposed "dispense" payment that didn't trigger a dispense.... if you want us to investigate things, please provide ALL details, including tx hash for the tx which opened the dispenser AND the tx hash for the BTC payment which you believe should have triggered a dispense.... without those details, more difficult to look into.... I am not aware of any issues with dispensers not triggering... if you have information to the contrary, please get all the tech details necessary to proove their is an issue and create a github issue -

They are just experimenting and trying to find use-cases.... cant fault that... but yeah, for a project that is on Counterparty and supposedly "supporting" the platform, would be nice if they had tried to engage with the CP devs early on before they made poor design decisions and then doubled down on those poor design decisions..... I still think they will be able to pull something useful out of their project and wish them the best... but not focused on trying to steer them anymore to responsible usage on CP... nor focused on trying to integrate their stuff into any of my projects (xchain, freewallet, tokenstamps, etc)... my focus is better spent on building out an OPEN/Decentralized system like BTNS which doesn't require centralized minting services and where the motivation is experimentation and not profit..... more building what I want to see, less trying to guide ppl how to not shit in the sink 😛

From the recent events, I'm honestly just intereste in on-chain art assets and yes, I know it had been done on CP before Stamps.
Still, the current situation can't be ignored as historic, for better or worse.
The current hype is an interesting stress test for the network, and I hope it brings better uses and experience.
I especially would like if the newcomers that are only interested in SRC-20s could take a time to learn about counterparty.
It's been very interesting to observe how many of them missess the oportunity to learn about counterparty rich history and how it works, at least for the sake of understanding the tokens better. -

It’s not a stamp-specific issue. Looney just dispensed a CP asset and some users paid using taproot addresses. They obviously will not receive a token in return even if enabled later

Yes... Bitcoin Stamps (numerics with supply issued) are awesome, definitely have brought attention to CP... and increased ACTUAL usage (dispensers, sends, orders... actually using the Counterparty platform) which is a good thing..... SRC-20 is a different beast.
