yup that is a legit account for Counterparty Classic... finally added replay protection after waiting a month for the core devs to do the right thing and add back the dispenser origin functionality... over a month of a ledger fork and community saying they want the dispenser origin functionality added back and being ignored... rather than focusing on getting all the community back on a unified ledger... so, yes, after December 1st, Counterparty Classic will activate replay protection and the ledgers and platforms will be permanently separated... Users can continue to use FreeWallet as they always have, and it will remain on Counterparty 2.0... However, for users who want to use the Counterparty Classic ledger, they can do so via classic.tokenscan.io and freewallet.io/classic

you can find it a bit cheaper on ethereum

but price impact may be high

there is also a good deal on the DEX to buy BCY against XCP

Way to mislead ppl🤷🏻‍♂️ This IS something new as the cp2.0 forked software forked the ledger, lost ppl funds and had lots of downtime, and since devs refused to add back lost functionality on dispensers after a month of the community asking and waiting, now counterparty classic is putting out replay protection to permanently separate the platforms/ledgers.
